• 3-month unlimited money-back replacement or exchange warranty applies to all MemoryKick products.
• Replacement of defective or DOA product is available up to 1-year with proof of purchase.
• A one-time replacement of defective product without proof of purchase is available for a $35 fee.
• Warranty period begins on date product is shipped.
• Manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases made directly from the manufacturer. MemoryKick products purchased through retail distributors are subject to the warranty policies of the retail company.
